This is a Pokémon Sleep Helper app. It provides tools for optimizing your Pokémon teams, viewing stats, and managing your Pokémon collection.

First, enter your Pokémon on the Pokémon Page. Then, go to Optimize Teams to generate the best teams for each island.

For fastest performance, click to pin the Pokémon you always want on your team (like your healer).

Is the new Pokémon you caught worth it to level up? Click the + button to simulate it maxed out. You can see how much raising it improves your results!

Not sure which Pokémon to spend your rare candies or skill seeds on? Click the + button on two different Pokémon to compare the results of giving them candies, shards or main skill seeds.

4/26: Support Cresselia, Mimikyu, and Braviary. Team optimization is now much faster, and the max teams limit has increased to 30,000.

I can now see investing 365 handy candies into Jolteon will improve my Old Gold Power Plant strength by +133k on dessert weeks, but won't help much for other meals.
